Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be returned. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return, you can email us at Support@AriaMyers.shop

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on certain types of items, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products, facial masks, and lingerie). We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your merchandise, please contact us.
We charge a 17% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items, customized items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your refund immediately to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
